Reading Response Sheets for Favorite Read Alouds

Reading Response Sheets for Favorite Read Alouds is my newest packet. The Response Sheets are great for comprehension, retelling and sequence of events for fiction literary text.
I think that is it so important for my students to respond with writing on our fiction read alouds. The students are listing characters, setting and key events in the fiction stories.
I also make Anchor Charts for all of our Read Alouds for Characters and Setting.
The packet is 97 pages of writing template for drawing, dictating and writing. The sheets are aligned with Common Core Standards.

February Already!!

I can not believe that it is February already. We have already had out 100th day. Our school district has started mClass Assessment testing in K-3. I have finished my first set of assessments and now time to Progress Monitor my students who scored in the lower percentile. I am so proud of my students for all of their hard work. I have to progress monitor every 10-20 days.
